Minimum Driving Qualifications

• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Guidelines
• Have valid CDL with proper endorsements in your state of residence
• Be at least 25 years old
• Have at least two (2) years recent verifiable driving experience
• Have no “Preventable” accidents in the past three (3) years
• No more than one (1) moving traffic citation in the past three (3) years
• No convictions of a DWI (driving while impaired) nor have one pending
• No serious or disqualifying traffic violations as defined by the FMCSR 383.5/51 within the past three (3) years as follows:
• Excessive speeding involving any single offense for any speed of 15 mph or more above the posted speed limit
• Reckless driving, as defined by State or Local Law or Regulation, including but not limited to the offense of driving a motor vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety or persons or property
• Improper or erratic lane changes
• Following the vehicle ahead too closely
• Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, and/or failure to report an accident
